These Terms apply to all users in all fifty (50) states of the United States and comply with applicable federal and state laws.

TaxShield Inc. provides tax resolution and consultation services, including but not limited to:

  • Tax debt negotiation and settlement assistance
  • IRS and state tax authority representation
  • Tax compliance and filing services
  • Consultation and advisory services
  • Penalty and interest reduction assistance
  • Installment agreement negotiations

Important: We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to tax resolution and consultation. Results cannot be guaranteed, and individual outcomes may vary.

Communication Consent & TCPA Compliance

Express Written Consent

By providing your contact information and using our services, you expressly consent to receive communications from TaxShield Inc. and our authorized representatives via:

  • Telephone calls to wireless, cellular, and landline numbers
  • SMS/text messages to wireless and cellular numbers
  • Email communications
  • Automated calls and messages
  • Pre-recorded voice messages
  • Calls made using automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS)

TCPA Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that this consent satisfies any "written agreement" requirement under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable state laws. You understand that:

  • You may revoke consent at any time

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Respond promptly to requests for documentation
  • Pay all fees and costs as agreed
  • Comply with all tax obligations and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality of account information
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information
  • Cooperate fully in the resolution process

Fees and Payment

Service fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms include:

  • Fees are earned upon completion of services
  • Payment is due according to agreed terms
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our refund policy
  • You remain responsible for all tax obligations to authorities

No Guarantee of Results

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE OUTCOME OF YOUR TAX MATTER. Results depend on individual circumstances, tax authority decisions, and other factors beyond our control. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Service Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAXSHIELD INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Binding Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, except for small claims court actions and equitable relief.

  • Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

Class Action Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
